My goal is to get your audience to delight in using your product — by making it easy to use, frustration-free, and able to meet all their needs, even ones they may not have consciously recognized yet. This may seem impossible, especially if you have an antique, crotchety, unfriendly enterprise application, but it is absolutely possible.  In fact, the more doubt you have about that claim, the more excited I am for the challenge of working with you on achieving it for your product.
